Car Park Operation
If desired by the customer we operate and manage
the car park. The necessary arrangements are de-
tailed during the project planning and evaluation con-
cept to determine satisfactory returns for owner and
operator alike.
Our successful use of committed personnel and mo-

To ensure the maximum use of the car park we assist with the marketing of your property.
Advertising inside the Car Park
In addition to a car park’s main objective of providing parking for its users, other sources of income can be obtained with advertising inside the car park. We can recommend many possible presentation forms (in fixed mode on the existing construction, additional signs, printed on parking tickets, etc.).
Car Park Maintenance
As an additional service, HIB Huber offers maintenance contracts for the upkeep of the car park. Such maintenance contracts are recommended, especially with regard to the surfacing, as well as building and service facilities. Additional extra services, such as remote monitoring and cleaning are part of a complete package.
