HIB Planning Concept
Before embarking on a project HIB Huber seeks to take advice from all involved stakeholders, such as investors, clients and architects with a view to achieving the outcome desired by all the parties.
We have identified the key drivers for a successful concept to be: design, build quality and the minimisation of costs. To this end we start where the influence is greatest – at the planning & design stage.
We offer dynamism in steel.
Irrespective of whether the project is connected to a commercial development or whether a further extension to the car-park is planned, HIB Huber will develop a convenient, functional and economic concept for your project.
Identifying Planning Criteria
Invariably many individual decisions which impact upon the future efficiency of the car park’s usage have to be made in the course of a building project.
Some of the decisions directly affecting the construction may include traffic engineering, choice of location, as well as the integration of the building into the existing landscape and environment with aesthetic and architectural features playing a prominent role.
Other critical factors of note are the need to conform to traffic regulations, fire safety standards, air pollution control, ventilation and rescue routes. Special technical equipment, such as parking guide systems or other facilities should also be expertly dealt with early in the planning stage. Furthermore, the customer may want us to consider and provide an operating concept for the car park’s operation post delivery.
It is at this stage that the demands of the targeted customer base will be assessed thus influencing the direction
of a marketing concept for the project. A lasting, efficient and profitable use of the HIB Huber car park model can only be achieved by fulfilling all the above-
mentioned criteria.
